At NicheCanvas, we want you to love your new home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the wall art in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the return transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
